Rooms for SG4

Ok as I was talking to my mates who are still 50/50 and waiting for the tickets to come back on sale


But has anyone sorted their room yet

Yep I booked my room this morning...just a warning..ring the hotel and ask for 'in house' resivations....they seem to be the ones who know what is going on.
They work 9am-5pm during the week

its funny I got about 1 to 3 others perhaps coming with me


so i don't know if i should booked single or share a room with them yet

Yeah I had to phone from work also....

Im sharing with Summershake from here...it should be fun!!

Plus it just works out a bit cheaper....which means more drinking money

No I don't really think they will run out of rooms......but the hotel (as far as I know) has 300 ish rooms....I bet there are at least 800 tickets that went on sale..if not more. Two of the main stars are going..which means that a lot of people are gunna go...so I did the math and thought I would get in early and get the room I want.
I booked my room for the Wolf SG3 late and didn't get a room at the convention rate as they had none left...I asume that they only put a certain number by for us convention lot....

booked my room too! handy piece of information i found out from the hotel is that even if you book a 'single' room, it is ok for two people to stay in it (as long as you tell reception; fire safety and stuff). so, if you are strapped for cash and get on well with your 'sharee' it might be worth looking into that option.

I was thinking of going to the SG-4 con as well, but just when I get some money into a buy a ticket, they stop selling them. (today is sunday) This Saturday I get in money. Let me hope that there are still tickets left by then. If I get one I'll be needing a room.

Skip, myself and Mishkaz are going to SG4. We have booked a room at a different hotel called St. Giles (SG) not far away. Prices seem quite reasonable. Should be fun.

Skip wanted me to go to the con. What are the prices at the hotel you are staying at Annette?

If I remember correctly the rooms are £55 for a twin. I'd have to check with the person who has booked the rooms for prices and website address.

SG-4

I phoned Wolfevents this morning (Nov 6) and was told they had sold out of SG-4 tickets. This was 10am GMT! Unbelievable!

I couldn't get to SG-3 so thought I'd have a go for SG-4. Tried to order online but that wasn't up and was told on the phone to email them my details as Wolfevents is trying to find out if it can hold some extra events with MS and AT. I guess those two are just proving so popular!

If anyone has any spare tickets!......

Wow thats really bad luck...I was at SG3 and the line of people waiting for SG4 tickets was huge...we wait for around two hours to get tickets...they sold out not long after that...then Wolf put on a few extra tickets for sale on the Sunday....only coz the staff had bullied Brian into it.....

Im really sorry that you could not get tickets...but as far as I know they should be doing an SG5...better luck for then!!

I'll just keep hoping someone has one ticket too many and by some miracle decides to sell!!

Has RDA ever attended a Con? Or is he similar to David Duchovny in that fan conventions are a no-no? I adore RDA but MS comes a close second! Drool over him for me next year!!

No I don't think that RDA does conventions...shame..but MS is just as good!!
