the first pix are up from peter williams aka apophis' appearance at the nexus resurrection convention in berlin a week ago. if he was only half as kewl and sarcastic as he was at gatecon, the bloke was a real treat. really like him.

don't worry, until last year, I didn't know about it either!

the nexus convention is held once a year in berlin, germany. they try to bring all aspects of sci-fi fandom on stage, emphasis is on star trek/babylon 5. really nice people who are doing it, and the con itself is small and familiar.

And that website is perfect (unfortunately my german is less perfect ).

Looks like you had a lotsa fun there. I'm green with envy.
In CR we have there also similar cons, but unfortunately without actors. In October I attended my first con ever - Raukon. There were five sections - Star Wars, Red Dwarf, Sci-fi, Ancient cultures and Cult sci-fi TV series. I had there one hour long lecture about Stargate. You know, I was very nervous, but met some nice fans there and spent a nice weekend.
