What is your all time favourite episode?

Okay guys its time for you to decide what is your favourite episode episode and why. We currently have 100 Episodes to choose from. This thread May contain spoilers, so read at own risk :)

I would have to say my favourite episode is Exodus I loved jack's humour, the visual effects, and the storyline. I love all other 99 episodes, but this 1 is definately my favourite.

Can't and won't. Couldn't do it with 'Babylon-5 and all it's episodes. Couldn't do it with 'Sentinel' or any other fandom I've been in. Each is unique in it's own way.

Now... special moments? That's different. ;)
 
While each episode has favorite moments, my favorite would have to be Season 5's Threashold...
As a Teal'c fan I felt that one about the T-Man's past and why he seemed to so suddenly switch sides (many people were shakey about his motives until after season one). This was long over due, the interactions between T-Man and SG-1 and Hammie and Janet were wonderful as were those with Master Bra'Tac and his wife. It was a tour de force for CJ and fun to watch!
 
Can't. I have a hard enough time picking just one "favorite" per season.

But for now, (ok, this is cheating):

Serious episode: The Fifth Race
Funny episode: Wormhole X-treme!

It's too hard to compare comedy and drama.
 
as always, i haveta do a kinda "top 5" thing
one from each season
season 1: singularity (third)
season 2: the fifth race (fifth)
season 3: the devil you know (second)
season 4: divide and conquer / entity (FIRST place)
season 5: red sky (fourth)

overall fave, after great deliberation:

OK, now this is a hard question... nearly as hard as my last chemistry exam...

I guess I'll have to consider the episode I've seen the most. Yes, as in " I watch it 3 times in a row and rewind best moments...":D

And that would be A matter of time. but solitudes and the fifth race are close... And it's just too damn imposible to pick only one!
 
Ok this is really hard..but if I was forced to choose a fave it would have to be...Crystal Skull...

...but closely followed by Chain Reaction/ There but for the grace of god :D ;)

I love Crystal Skull too - I think we're the only ones, pamie!

my faves r solitudes, singularity, holiday and tho 1 where they r caught in a time loop

Playing golf into the stargate was classic!

we all know ascension is the best eppy ever! lol, major sam ep :D
but i just cannot forget solitudes, it was THE ep that got me into this wonderful show :D

Yeah Im with you it would be sooooo much easier to pickmy least fave coz I don't have that many that I don't like...;)

Oh Im glad that I was no tthe only one who chose Crystal Skull...I love Dannys sence of humor in that one.....very funny episode!! :cool:
The best part of it was when Daniel was in General Hammonds office and he was saying that he had lost a dear friend..to his grand-daughter...it was a lovely scene.....:rolly2:
 
It' really hard... almost impossible. Ok, I'll try. ;)

Serious episode: Double Jeopardy.
Funny episode: WOO.
 
I still havent seen all the eps, but so far my fave has to be window of oppurtunity. I watch it over and over and still laugh at every joke and comment Jack makes.

That's a very moving scene - I also really really like the one in the control room where Janet is talking about Nick, and Daniel is pearched high up on a stack of equipment, watching over everything like an angel.


Window is my 2nd favorite funny - it was my first favorite until Wormhole.

Not at all! :D I loved it too and it's defiantely one of my all time favourites but I loved There but for the grace of god too!!!
Well, as a Danny-fan I of course love Danny episodes although I WoO was great!!!
Okay, i just decided I can't choose...:D :D
They're all great! :D (very diplomatic...);)

but my overall fave would have to be divide and conquer, ive seen it 57 times!!!!!
