Im not 100% sure about this cause i live in the uk, but if im right America have stopped showing Stargate episodes after worhole X-treme!! am i right so far?? well next week in england Summit is on!! hehe. and romours hav it that they are only going to stop brodcasting 1 week b4 xmas!! lets hope uk pp!!

Sowy i jus had 2 brag!! Lucky uk hey?

In the US they stopped after Wormhole Xtreme and won't show again until January... Go ahead and brag glad that you will see some of the shows.... We have to wait until January....

Nope, I'm another of those poor Americans that have to wait to see it :D

So, it was good, eh?

It just had to be the best eppy this Season! (IMO of course!) If you like going back to the stars, the Goa'uld and mystery rather than mini X files and conspiracies, you'll love it!!

Sorry......got carried away er... I know you guys in the US haven't seen the new eppys yet, which I think pretty much sucks for you all. Are the rumours true about it not being shown on Showtime until that Jeremiah show is aired?. (February or something?)

If so that sucks even more...

:D :rolly2: :D

Heya I'm in the uk and I thouhgt Summit was a brilliant ep :) It just sucks that we won't see the next ep until Jan 9th tho.

But then you get to see Summit again and Last Stand straight after. I just hope the producers don't wimp out and make it one of those 'killing Goa'uld is easy-peasy' eppys. Then the following week, according to my cable guide we get another two new eppys back to back...to make up for the fact that this week and New Year week doesn't show any new Stargate I suppose.

I really hope they don't kill off those seven System Lords.... but the Stargate track record for keeping powerful Goa'uld alive is not a good one.

i don't think so anni, and i might certainly be wrong but a few months ago there was speculation about anubis' identity and darren posted a list of 17 system lords or goaulds ( i think 17)...anyway joe mallozzi said that two on the list would be biting the dust this season...and one of them already has, and i know another of them is in a later eps so theoretically that leaves only one to die this seaosn.

then again that was months ago, things may have changed but i have a funny feeling there won't be a high death toll among anyone but the tokra for last stand.

I just can't wait!! Has anybody heard when the US might be graced with this episode? I'm with Anni, if we have to wait until February, it's gonna suck! I just can't figure out why Showtime decided to do this, we've had the same eps forever now. At least rerun some of the older episodes or something, sheeesh!

i dont know ut te Uk ae gonna start continuing wit season 5 in the early weeks of Jan (15th i think, i aint sure), we are way ahead of the Americans its kinda weird!!!!

9th of January..... they're showing Summit and Last Stand back to back on Sky One.... Also Buffy starts that week and I think Angel the following week... So lots of overlap of good shows.

I wonder if Showtime are just playing with the US Stargate scheduling because they won't own the rights to show it after Season 5..... not that they would care really, because they chose not to buy the Season 6 rights in the first place. But still, they may just think that since it's their last season they can just do whatever they like with it! And to hell with the fans!

Which pretty much sucks in my book. Especially for you guys in the US.

:(

I wouldn't be surprised, none of their scheduling is making any sense. First of all they give us that wonderful marathon, which I loved, BTW...but then to repeat the same episodes three more times after the marathon is just absurd. Why try and entice the Stargate fans with the marathon if you're just going to bore them to tears for months afterward? .....

....Maybe WE should be scheduling for Showtime!!

9th of January..... they're showing Summit and Last Stand back to back on Sky One
:(

I'm glad to hear that Anni, thought they were gonna resume season 5 in the uk this weds (2nd Jan) which was gonna clash with hubby's footie game also on Sky. There was about to be world war III here, so I'm very relieved to hear that we're back on track on the 9th instead.

It definitely sucks that the country that make Stargate have to wait so long to watch the new epi's. I'd love to gloat about watching it first, but as I chat to many peeps across the globe about the epi's, it takes the fun out of it if all my friends across the pond have to wait to catch up.

And as if to rub it in more, have you noticed that Sky One have been re-running season 5 already at an earlier time slot? D'ya think they're trying to make a point?

Here's hoping the US and other national networks can get their act in order for 2002.

hope so for ya!! i woz suprised 'cause nearly all, well all american shows have always been played in the US 1st, now the UK get it 1st, thats jus weird!

Wierd but typical. I agree with Annie and bummer about the programing by Showtime!... They have said February (but not when in February).... but that is very close to the middle of the year when Sci-Fi Channel gets SG-1.

it does look a little fishy likthey wana keep hold of it. and as Anni sed its their fault for not buying it! im glad tha the UK arnt messing us around :D :D
