The First Ones

This was one of my favourite eps ever. It didn't rely heavily on special effects, and really showed the relationship between Daniel and Chaka.
One thing that I didn't like was the death of Robert Rothman. He was a great character with lots of potential, and it just seemed like a waste.

I know what you mean. It was terrible to lose Robert Rothman. He was a very popular character, just when we're starting to like the guy he's dead. He was really funny, especially in Crystal Skull.

I saw him (can't remember the actor's name - help me out here) in a movie last week called Fast Run, which, incidently also starred John de Lancie (Simmons) and Robert Wiseden (Samuels), i got a little sad cos he won't be on SG anymore.

The First Ones is one of my favourites too. MS is brilliant in it, so is Dion Johnston.

Yeah, he looks very different without his Chaka makeup. He should start coming to some conventions as well, since he's played three (!) different characters.
