Several people have stated that Janeway gave the Borg future technology in Endgame. To this, I say:
Prove it.
You can theorize that the technology survived, but the episode actually supports that it did not.
1) The shuttle in question was destroyed.
2) Likewise, the Unicomplex.
3) The Queen, who was aware that Adm. Janeway had future tech, was disconnected from the hive and only in contact with one sphere...
4) ... which was destroyed, as was...
5) ... the Queen herself.
Now, since both Admiral Janeway and Captain Janeway meticulously planned for the Borg to be infected with the virus, do you really think that they wouldn't have taken some precaution to protect the technology that gave them their only tactical advantage?
Of course they would. This is easily proved by the fact that:
1) Both Janeways anticipated that the Queen would eventually be able to triangulate Adm. Janeway's shuttle.
2) We know this because the real plan was to infect the Queen. So...
3) ... if they anticipated Adm. Janeway being caught, and anticipated that Adm. Janeway would be assimilated, it's not a stretch to deduce that...
4) ... they anticipated that the Borg would want to get their hands on the shuttle and technology. Adm. Janeway even pretended to barter it. Further, did the lone sphere assimilate the future technology? It isn't really clear. Even if they did, the episode shows that...
5) ... the sphere was not connected to the hive and...
6) ... it was destroyed.
