yo campers - sorry in case of cross posting

you told your friends and enemies how you feel about the shanks' departure from stargate sg-1. you might have also told TPTB what you think. some of you are sad and disappointed, some of you are angry and think he made a mistake, some are not bothered. for one it's the end of the world, for the other the beginning of something new.

however, I don't think it can be a solution to start picking on each
other on various message boards and lists. dunno - maybe it could make more sense to tell the bloke himself how you feel, waddayathink?

well then - do so. you can now leave a message to the shanks. and yoodeehoo, I'll try to make sure he'll get them all neatly bundled up during his shanksadelic tour d'europe (there's a poor, unfortunate soul that I blackmailed with pictures from a birthday-party-gone-orgy into taking up this duty).

just be fully aware of the following:

we can pass the messages on, we can't force the shanks to read them or react in any way. yo.

and posting declarations of love or personal insults would be a waste of time, as my delete finger is pretty agile.

Where will Mr Shanks be on this european tour, and when is it? I seem to have been totally out of the loop on this one!
 
Storm, he will be in Frankfurt/Germany on the 25th of january and then make a britain tour going to Glasgow and twice to London as far as I know! This includes the Wolfevents SG-4 convention in London from february, 1st to february, 3rd...Unfortunately the tickets for this convention are already sold out!
 
Okay, this is what I could find out:
25th January 2002 - Frankfurt - An Evening with Michael Shanks "GATEDAY"

26th January London 'An Evening with Michael Shanks' - Location -Radisson Edwardian Hotel Heathrow

27th January Glasgow 'An Evening with Michael Shanks' - Location Marriott Hotel Glasgow

And after that he will be at the SG-4 convention in London, feb, 1st to feb, 3rd!

i had a latin class today so i had an hour to ignore what the teacher said and concentrate on stargate, and i was thinking of the episode where Danny dies, and i got upset :( :(

Hi! Just wanted to say how glad i am i found this thread, because otherwise i wouldnt have known anything about MS bein in Scotland, and my tickets ( which came yesterday ) would not have arrived. Did i mention my tickets came yesterday! I CAN'T WAIT! THANK YOU!!!

Well, I posted a message to him today, it got in right, I had till today right. I hope I hope!!!! Well, I hope it got in cause I really wanted to tell him how sad I was that he's leaving but I understand why. yep. everything I got up to this minute will be handed over personally. and report will follow. :) as I'll be in london myself, I'll definitely write something. won't be as entertaining as our two canucks report, but better than nothing. :D
