I am a Danny fan...but I don't think its gunna be the end of the show (or the world) when he leaves......

I am a Daniel Jackson fan, but I don't think that Michael Shanks is irreplaceble. I also think we have the opportunity of finding/getting a new, just as interesting, team member when Shanks picks up his marbles and goes home.

i'm looking forward to the changes in an odd way. i mean, like danny and will certainly miss him. and the show will change...but i reemmber how much fun it was back in season 1 when all the characters were just getting to know each other...and we'll have that fun back. maybe it'll work great, maybe not...but it is certainly a chance for some good character development as the tried and true make room for a newbie
