(UK/Ireland) Sky One Season 6

Hey there. Any of u gaters out there in UK/ Ireland know when Season 6 is coming to Sky one? Is the US ahead of Sky One? If so, does that mean Sky can run right into Season 6 the minute they finish with Season 5?

Season 6 wont run straight from season 5, itll take about 6-8 months like it usually does. The cast probably arent much of the way in to filming season 6, if at all so i guess they need lots of time to do that

can anyone tell me if the music that played While Daniel was talking to Oma, has been used before? I think it has been, but I'm not sure.

That last bit when Daniel turned into that energy thingy, none of them except Teal'c, maybe Jacob and Sam were suprised. Jack took it all in stride. Sheesh, I hope they explain things better in
the next episode. Does anyone know when that's airing?

They're always doing that in Stargate. I think the music while Danny was saying a tearful goodbye to Jack and going through the stargate (i.e. in his vision) was repeated from another episode as well.

The Season Finale of Stargate is on Wednesday, Feb. 6th. On Sky satellite it says ' in this gripping season finale, Osiris and Carter come face-to-face in a confrontation that could spell tragedy, but for whom?' . Also, the new spoiler for the season finale just came out, and it shows Osiris with the Goa'uld hand device at Sam's head ( she is obviously in pain) it also shows Thor, and Jack and Teal'c shooting. :rolly2:

I saw the ad (commercial, for all yanks!!) for the season finale!!! GET THIS: CARTER HAS A SOUNDBITE SAYING THAT THE GOU'ALD MIGHT BE ABLE TO DEFEAT THE IRIS MECHANISM!!

Sounds like it's gonna really kick *ss : Also, I heard an Asgard threatining to destroy someone - it was only a breif shot, but I THINK it was Osiris. This looks like it's building up to something . . .

Well it can't 'spell tragedy' for Carter: they just killed off Dr DJ, so how can they kill off another regular character. Besides, I think we would've heard about it by now. I think if it's going to spell tragedy for anyone, it'll be tragedy for Osiris. It's almost obligitary for a Gou'ald to die in a season finale, and then come back the next season via some miracle/magic/sarcophagous (i.e. Apophis). Maybe Osiris will be the candidate this season . . .

Is the Season Finale going to be a cliff hanger? I really hope not. I guess we should say bye bye to Osiris (for now) cuz you are probably right that it won't be anything tragic that happens to Sam. What else did it show on the spoiler, cuz I only caught the last 20 seconds?

Everything that was shown has more or less been posted on this thread so far. We'll have to wait 'till Wednesday to find out, I guess.

I remember reading somewhere that the season finale will NOT be a cliff-hanger, so I hope that answers your questions.

Hang on, wait: the girl who does the presenter voice on sky one said there'd be "more cliff hanger action" for the season finale of Stargate on Wednesday nite, so I don't know, maybe it's not really a cliff hanger, but there could be something implied at the end of the episode that could lead into a continuation along the same back-story kinda thing next season, if u know what I mean.

I never noticed her say that. I taped the ad. so I'll look over it again later. I hate cliff hangers, especially when you have to wait monthes to see what happens. Di you see the clip that showed Jack and Sam walking down the hall in the SGC, Jack was leding, Sam ws smiling (sorta) and had just finished saying something. Then Jack kept walking and said ' we've got work to do' ( in a cold voice) , then Sam stops, and she's got a weird look on her face. :alienooh: :evil:

I think she said it at the end of Enterprise while the credits were showing.

I don't remember that "we've got work to do" thing, but it was only a brief scene probably. Jack's always saying things like that, though.

I thought that it was really good, but it got cramped near the end. It would have been good as a 2 parter, they could've expanded!
