SG-5 Tickets

Just wondering if anyone knows what time the sg5 tickets went on sale yesterday, I ordered at 13:50 and hope to good god I will get a coctail party ticket. Amanda Tapping wont know what hit her as i am a smooth talker ( this statement is not open to abuse )

I was checking from 8.30am until 11.15am, then stopped for a break until I went back on at 11.45am (Monday) and they were selling then, so sometime between 11.15 and 11.45!

I think I may have got cocktail party tickets.. and you probably did too...I only hope they did receive my order. I was quite shocked that all you get as a greeting saying "thank you for your order, it will be dealt with in 5 days". An e-mail would be nice to reassure me that I wasn't sitting here with NO tickets!

I guess they'll take the dosh from my credit card asap so at least I'll know when that happends...?

An Updade on the SG-5 tickets

Hi Again,

I rang Wolfevents This Morning and was talking to the web designer. He said that if you got the thank you screen u should be ok, Also no email confirmations have been sent out they will be sent out between this fri and next wednesday. He seemed like a nice enough guy, he said that they are really busy at the moment due to a startrek event next week. Said i stand a good chance of a cocktail party ticket and i ordered at 13:50 monday. Here is Hoping

thanks for the info..i was going to ring but the answer phone was always on! I also heard email confirmations would be next week, and they will be charging our credit cards too Guess I can relax a bit, but not until I get the tickets in my hand (which is apparently in 4 weeks time when venue (which says london unless they are changing it) and location are confirmed).

I dont forsee and problems with the tickets I will give them until the end of next week to send out the confirmation. May ring them if i havent recevied it by them.

All I want to know is if I have gotten a cocktail party ticket!!

I hope the venue will be in central London as i will be travelling from ireland.

I hope the venue will be on the same area as previous conventions have been- around the Heathrow area. I will be flying in from Newcastle and don't fancy fighting my way on the tube into the city
I think these big hotels around their will be the only places with big enough facilities for all us Gaters
