Heh, I bet that title confused you, didn't it?

It's the ep numbers of all the eps that were shown in Aus this week. It's much easier than writing the titles to 6 different episodes.

So guys, the episodes. Questions?Comments?

In Canberra we had Tin Man and TBFTGOG.

Can't say I've ever really loved Tin Man. Its good, but weird. Loved TBFTGOG, my fav s1 ep I think.

I liked Tin Man.....and i LOVE TBFTGOG!!!!! One of my all time favs!!!! Love the whole engagement!!!!! Woohoo!!!!:D

tin man gets better every time i watch it
TBFTGOF was excellent(but i have watched it way too many times)
dunno what other episodes aired..so i cant pass judgement :)

tin man is awesome, one of my favourite eps of all time.

tbftgog is ok... but is overrated.

scorched earth was awesome.

beneath the surface was also extremely brilliant, most of my mates loved that more than SE.

dunno the rest..... (raptor?)

goddam double episodes would rock.
I hope they have like a movie length episode (as channel seven call them) for either the sentinal/meridian or meridian/revelations. it would be awesome!

No way, it was great because it presents a new idea that they had never addressed before. The idea of a parallel universe and someone being stuck in one is an incredibly scary thought and Daniel handles it well.

The fact that it showed us what the world would be like in the event of a Goa'uld invasion was also a very raw and ground breaking idea for season one. It's good as a lead in to the season finale.

Okay, the episode numbering system is in your copy of the Aussie Contingent Yearbook. That's the system I use.
Therefore, the epsisodes were:

118- Tin Man
119 - TBFTGOG
409 - Scorched Earth
410 - Beneath the Surface
417 - Chain Reaction
418 - The Light

I'm pretty sure they were the eps that aired. Someone will correct me I'm sure.

hehe, there's always gotta be SOMEONE who throws a spanner into the works :D :D

Damn, but it's good to be back!!!!!!

Welcome back, Cat!

CHAIN REACTION:
I know I always say this, but this was one of my favourites of S4. After all, who doesn't like that lovable scamp named Maybourne?

2010:
Also good. I loved the Fraiser involvement (and her new look...mmmmmm... Teryl...) And finally naming the gate geek was a great idea. (But 'Walter'?Why?!)

I only had three minutes to write these, so I'll come back when I have more time.

I liked Chain Reactio, it had good character development for Hammond and Maybourne and a pretty interesting story aswell.
But I really liked 2010 especially the bitter Jack and Janet helping out. My favourite scene is the one near the end at the future stargate.

BTW, Shelbs, I thought it was your new mobile number. That wretched Telstra woman kept saying "please check the number you have dialed.............."

you know what would be really good? Sentinal/Meridian/relevations, a triple episode, no ad session.

But I figure that bribe shall take more cash than the standard double episode rates.
:p

Oh yeah.....sooooooooooo agreed.....how sweet!!! I have it on tape and on DVD.:D

I laugh every time when Danny

(Spoiler spoiler spoiler)

snaps back with that crazed psycho look and goes "We're all in very big trouble". I mean..its serious, I know but damn its a classic.

And that little scene in tinman where Jack goes "easy major". Had to laugh.

i always called him technician Harriman, dunno why? :)

if you look in our 2002 calendar (thanks allan mate :) :) ) there is a picture of the tecnician and he has a different name..hold on il just go get it.......................on his name tag it says Norman Davis ...figure this on out

well yes...but i do think that it is a big production error

You're right, it is a pretty big production error. But I'm more inclined to go with Walter since Jack actaully said it in 2010.

Another thing was that always bother me was they always called the female technician (Laara Sadiq's character) Davis as well. What, they couldn't think up an actual name for her?

Stargate has a real habit of recycling names.

yes stargate is an enviromentally friendly show :D :D

Laara Sadiq was an awesome techician...she had a kewl voice for the 'off world activation' and stuff :D :D

The other male technician with the glasses was an awesome dude as well. :D
