First Look At 'Nemesis' Logo

The first image of the official logo for 'Trek X: Nemesis' appeared online earlier today.

The image on the right was posted by TrekWeb, and is the first glimpse of an official logo design for the tenth Star Trek feature film. The image features a new Romulan insignia.

The design consists of a bird of prey with its wings outstretched. In its talons, the bird clutches two spheres, representing the planets Romulus and Remus, which feature heavily in the film. Underneath the bird, is the familiar Star Trek name above a the word 'Nemesis.'

Main filming work on Trek X has now finished, with visual effects work on the film now underway. The movie is being prepared for a 2002 Holiday Season release.

I can't see that very well.

Too me it looks like a pair of stylised wings, but different to the normal Romulan ones we are used to. Superimposed on those are the two dark spheres, obviously there is more detail in those, but it's not clear in the small image.

Is there a better one?
