Has any one heard if there is plans for charmed to came out in video or dvd.

Welcome to Charmed :D Always nice to see new Charmed fans coming to gossip (you just made my day, hun :D)

I'm not personally aware of any plans for DVDs or Vids but from Rex's fan site
"Currently none of the episodes are available on video or DVD. And there is no officially known plans for any of the episodes to be sold on video or DVD in the near future."

I'll let you know if i hear any different.

Did you check on e-bay? Maybe some fans have seasons on tape that they are selling. It doesn't hurt to keep an eye open. It's worth a shot.
 
There doesn't seem to be any videos on there right now (but they do have some graet pics) and like HeyLynny said - there's no harm in checking again later.
