No! Quicker, easier, more seductive.....
So sayeth Yoda in Empire. I don't think the dark side is stronger but in a way it can be perceived as more powerful, most particularly by the user/wielder of it. I think Yoda is right, it's quick to join you in fight, it can be the natural and easiest response.
The good side is stronger and more powerful if only because an individual has to be stronger and more powerful to consciously choose the good side and to act from the good side. (Hmmm, I think we could use some good Jedis in the White House and Congress!)
I've always had a hard time with "Anger, Fear, Agression, the dark side are they," simply because I don't necessarily believe emotions are good or evil in and of themselves. It's what one does with these emotions, how one expresses them and feels them and acts upon them that makes them more good or evil.
It takes a lot of strength and power and goodness to feel these powerful emotions and choose to express them in a healthy way instead of in an unhealthy or evil way.
I also have a lot of problems with the amount of killing the Jedi or "good" ones do, particularly in Return of the Jedi. Luke is essentially on a killing spree, both in Jabba's palace and at Endor's moon. Why is not wrong for him to kill, in cold blood, so many people? Surely he is acting on aggression, revenge, hatred, in wiping out everyone on Jabba's barge (though of course I cheered when Leia nuked Jabba) or all the stormtroopers on Endor's moon?
Surely there must be other ways to achieve their goals? Otherwise Yoda is hypocrite as are all the other Jedi.

Also, for a good discussion of power and the good and the dark side of the Force see Mara and Luke's conversations in "Vision of the Future" by Timothy Zahn. I think he brings up some good points.
