NSW have it, Thursday the 9th of May at 7:30 pm (1930), "The Fifth Man", then JAG at 2030. But I have to decide whether to tape JAG and watch ER or watch ER and tape JAG.....decisions decisions!

Smeg has no meaning. It was created for the show Red Dwarf by its producers as a derogatory slang word, insult and curse word. They did it so that they wouldn't have to resort to constantly swearing on the show keeping. Just a guess.
