Different wives?

This is just a silly point but Jack, Daniel and Teal'c's wives all change appearance e.g. Sara O'Neill and Shau'ri in film become Sara O'Neill and Sha're in series and Drey'ac looks completely different in Bloodlines and Family. Though saying this is daft since Jack, Daniel and nearly everybody (eg Catherine) change from film to series. Sorry I'm making a stupid observation.

I thought that the second Drey'auc was better than the first. But, I thought the first Sha're was better than the second. We didn't see much of Sara in the movie, so I would be mroe inclined to think that the one in the series was better.

Not silly at all, Space Monkey. It's the fun of trying to shoot reoccuring characters over a stretch of time. You just can't always get the same people.

the Sara in the series looks a lot like Sam. I always assumed it was to emphasize that Jack's attracted to the same looks? Haven't watched the movie in a while but wasn't she a red head or something?

yeah, you have a point Skoon, it could have been used to emphasise his attraction to Sam.
The girl in the movie had long blonde hair and looked kinda scruffy, but that was probably cos she ahd just lost her son.

And of course, there are all of those characters who keep popping up from time to time that appear to look like PdL . . .

LOL, yeah! He also appeared in Demons, in Show and Tell and a few others I can't remember right now...he pops up every now and then...it's really funny...

I'm pretty much the worst with epy names . . .

he showed up in the one where we met the Retu - when the boy initially comes through the Stargate we see him.

We also see him walking through the halls as an extra, like in "Window of Opportunity."

And he is the voice of the man questioning the 2nd Sam in the epy where she and Kowalski arrive from another universe through the quantum mirror.

Personally, I liked the 1st Drey'auc better. Sallie Richardson was certainly prettier! I liked the 2nd Sha're better. Don't really remember Sarah in the movie. The one in the series did look kinda scruffy!

I like the tv Kawalsky, I wanted them to figure out how to bring the alternate reality K to our reality with out him croking & make him the new SG1 team member...
