Hi i am new in this forum and i noticed that you are all talking about someone named Hercule,so i was wondering if thats Mr Satan?

Hercule is the English translation of the Japanese name Mr. Satan...it's kinda weird why they changed it to Hercule in the dub..it's not like we can't pronouce Mr. Satan...I mean that would be the easiest name out of all of them in my opinion...another idiotic Funi thing that there is no reasonable explanation for.....

Funi is PC. "Satan" would never be accepted by parents on a "children's show".

It is not any sort of translation.

Hercule/Mr. Satan is comprable to HFIL/Hell.

It is objectionable to Christian groups, as it promotes un-Christian values. *snort* We, as a Christian dominated society, cannot accept anything that undermines our beliefs.

What 'we' fail to notice is that Japan has a strong Christian religion that isn't offended by names like Mr. Satan and Hell. Japan has the grace to not have it's Christian populous lead by a fanatical Jerry Falwell-type.
