Stargate Ads and articles!!!!

What is up with these ads?? I just saw one for Beast of Burden tomorrow and its very strange! I don't know if we all have the same ads or what but they're talking about an Una....thats what they say...Una (or something like that)....instead of Unas! Weird!!! :alienooh:

And another thing.....last thursday i was reading the paper and they had a synopsis for stargate. It was so bad.....thay went on about how bad the show was and that there were all these plot holes and everything...i was so mad at it and i was going off about it and my dad had to tell me to calm down!!!!!

If channel 7 are so worried about ratings and everything then maybe they need to start projecting Stargate in a positive manner....not a negative one!!!!!

Yep i agree Jackers , channel 7 screwed up bigtime this time round , i almost screamed at the tv then they pronouced Una and not Unas!!!!!. although this might sound like i'm sticking up for them i have to be thankfull that they have season 5 on for us which we've been waiting so long for...

lets just hope they finish the season with no more breaks and that they start season 6 soon after the end of season 5.

I don't think seven writes reviews about Stargate so it isn't their fault about the bad ones. As for the pronunciation, they only missed one letter. And I agree with Raptor, atleast you get stargate at the moment (and season five too!)

I'm glad someone else noticed that Jackers, I thought I was being paranoid. I was going nuts at them when they said Una. And the voice over was so lame.
Guy: Sg-1's going to capture and Una!
Girl (ditzy stupid voice): An Una.
Guy: Yeah, you know a big ugly monster thing. An Una.
Girl: Wow.
It was something along those lines. I felt like they were speaking to me as if I was a 5 year old.

This weeks was no better.
"Did you know there's this scary place called the Tomb!"

Ok, from reading that voice over I think the missing 's' is the least of their problems...

Next weeks was pathetic. The way they talk....it's like they're mocking the show...it really bugs me.

be that as it may, even thou it might not be channel seven's fault they way they pronounce it , perhaps if they actually bothered to sit down and watch one of the episodes they might change there mind, or even go to one of the offical star gate web sites

The promo for B2F this week was pathetic. They totally got the plot of the story wrong.

well i must say that i was quite happy with this weeks stargate promo......they didnt puton that dumb lady and guy and they kinda go the story right!

it was much better than the papers'
"SG-1 encouters a new world"
for last weeks episode!!!!
