Redemption review

u guys r soo loucky, u get to see the start of s6 on Friday and I have to wait till September :(

It's not fair, dammit :(
 
How much stock should I place in the opinion of the man who thinks Lt. Haley should be a regular?
 
I seem to b the only person who actually LIKES Haley! Are there any other people out there who like her or am I alone on this one?
 
I think Haley is a great character, so was poor Elliot. :(

She'll probably be a good officer...

... after she's had about 5 years of 'Real Life' and a senior NCO that'll teach her how the world works. She's got a lot of rough edges that need to be ground down. :rolleyes:

Or, to put it this way: I wouldn't want her as my officer and I sure wouldn't want any of my 'kids' [enlisted] under her command until I felt she was 'safe'.

Elliot had possibilities, but please note what it took to get him there: a serious attack of 'Real Life'.

Yeah he was cute! I like Hailey, but i agree with rowan, an attack of the real world would do her some good!

U can download redemption part 1 from KaZaA. I live in the UK and I just watched it. It is very cool! So if u can't wait then that's where u can get it! I'm sure part 2 will be up soon!

In the DC area we just finished S4 on UPN and started S6 on SciFi. I still have to wait til fall to fill in the middle with S5. Very confusing -- rather like coming in on a murder mystery in the middle without knowing who has died, who has motive, and what were those clues that the detective keeps going on about.

I'm being very patient -- even a bit zen -- about the entire experience.

I'm in Ireland, so I don't get to see it till September, either. How big is it on Kazaa? Will I be spending all summer downloading it on my crappy 56K connection:)mad:)??
 
Yeah, it took me a few days to get iut downloaded, but now I've got Redemption 1 and 2, and I'm starting on Descent tonight.
(They are really good!)
 
Ah, technology . . .

So now I have to consider if I want to download S5 in its entirety or just a few vital eps to fill in the gap created by the vagaries of network scheduling.

The question is do I have enough zen-like patience to put up with the inevitable crashes created by using Microsoft equipment to collect the necessary downloads :(
 
Ouch! That really sucks!
I'll have to start deleting the eps that I've gotten so far, though, cuz they take up loads of memory, I'm almost half way throught downloading descent, so I'm happy bout that.:D
 
hmmm, I already watched all of 5 on the internet & now up to Danny's departure on this Wednesday on the telly. I'm worried I won't get S6 on my usual channel. Do you think it will be affected seeings how MGM doesn't have ownership anymore?

So, I'm through S4 on FOX and waiting for S5 to begin this fall. S6 is running on SciFi and so far so good.

But then I spend two weeks in Ontario where I watched eps from S1 at 7pm and two stories from S5 on Friday nights ("5th Man" and "Red Planet")

Feeling a little like Dr. Who . . . :D
