I will probably leave some out, but what do you think?

I haven't included any anime - cos I don't watch it, sorry!

come to think of it - was TMNT a manga? I dunno, just confusing myself.

I voted for Batman of the Future - it is totally brilliant! Never seem to be able to figure out when it is on though!

If you have any suggestions for additions let me know & I will pester a mod to get it added...

I voted for Spiderman, but I also like X-Men.

Spidey just had a better sense of style to me at the time. I think it was the voice talents that they had on the show. The guy who did Peter/Spidey was able to pull off all the sarcasm without a problem.

I liked SPider-Man a lot too. It also had Ice-Man and Firestar (or was it Starfire - I can't remember) - was the show called "Spider Man and His Amazing Friends?

Not the one I am thinking of, no. That one was just called Spiderman.

Sadly, I can't tell you anything about it, because I have a horrible memory for anything not Simpsons related, plus it is 2am :D

Come to think of it, there have been several incarnations of SPider-Man, I think.

I am pretty sure that SUperman had an old cartoon years (as in decades) ago as well.

Indeed it did. I think it was in the 40's. Batman did as well, I think, but I am not positive.

Spidey had a show and a cartoon. I know the show was horribly camp, and it made my Mom hate Spidey (the travesty!). The cartoon is much better.

I think the old Superman cartoon was sort of similar in appearance to the more recent Batman one. I have never actually seen the Supes one, but I have come across stills - it looked very pretty!

Don't know anything about an old Batman one, but would be interested to know more...

If you have ever seen any WW2 era propaganda posters from the US, you will have seen the style of drawing used in the old Superman cartoons. The men were broad-chested; the women shapely, yet small. The petty crooks always wore gray/black and had hats on. I don't know what the villians hideouts looked like, but they were most likely dark and full of shadows.

I wonder where we could get a hold of it now? Where did you see it Morrigan? I read about it (and saw the pictures) in a book about DC comics.
