i don't know why but Bajoran scientists always make for interesting viewing. Just like Quark and Odo working together! :D
 
I didn't like the concept of the genetically engineered aphasia virus, but I have to agree that Dekon Elig, the Bajoran scientist who created it, must have been pretty smart.
