SG Weapons

Can anybody tell me what were Sg1 weapons?Were they P-90 or P-19?And are those real weapons

[This will probably get moved to "Stargate Technical" where it belongs, but in the meantime...]


For the first four series, they use the Heckler & Koch MP5 - a weapon widely used for special operations.

In series 4, episode "The First Ones", they swap to the FN P-90, a more modern weapon. They did so apparently under the advice of their on-set military adviser.

Both weapons are real.
