Info on a late season 6 episode

A late Season Six episode will focus on Teal'c's character, according to Stargate SG-1 supervising producer Joseph Mallozzi. "Changeling" is being written by actor Christopher Judge ("Teal'c"), "and will also have Dr. Jackson dropping by in unique fashion," according to a post at GateWorld Forums.

For what it's worth, Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary defines a "changeling" thusly: "turncoat; a child secretly exchanged for another in infancy; imbecile." The episode may be the same that Judge told fans at a recent convention he was going to be pitching -- tentatively titled "Judas" at the time.

Judge previously contributed the story for last season's "The Warrior."

Mallozzi also said that the season finale, being written by executive producer Robert C. Cooper, may also see Jackson's character appear again.

It's not yet known whether the season finale will also be Stargate SG-1's series finale -- or whether actor Michael Shanks will agree to reprise the role of Daniel Jackson in either episode. Stay tuned!
