Episode II Cloned For IMAX
Star Wars: Episode II—Attack of the Clones will screen in the giant IMAX format in 70 of the big-screen theaters, starting Nov. 1, Variety reported. Fox plans to unspool Episode II in about 50 IMAX commercial venues in the U.S. and Canada and another 20-30 IMAX theaters in science museums and other institutions for about seven weeks, the trade paper reported.
There are currently no plans to distribute the IMAX version internationally. Episode II is also headed for home video on Nov. 12.
