via SCIFI WIRE -- Rick Berman: "Episode #9 is a day-in-the-life episode. We sort of follow Archer and the gang through a typical day on the Enterprise, but all of a sudden there's a rash of obsessive-compulsive behavior going on. T'Pol and Archer are teamed up in an effort to save everyone's lives. There's a lot of humour in it, but it's pretty scary as well."

While Enterprise surveys a black hole that's part of a trinary star system, the ship's proximity to the stellar phenomenon has a strange effect on the crew.

Filming took place between September 23 and October 1 entirely on shipboard sets. One new set was introduced for this episode, however - the galley.

do we need a spoiler space when dicussing an ep? Anyhoo, watched it last night. I rather enjoyed it, however, I don't understand why the crew were affected in that was & why wasn't T'Pol? Poor Porthose...I wonder if he was affected or not...

T'Pol was not affected because of her different physiology yet Dr. Phlox was ;) That was kinda stretching things, but all in all i thought it was one of the better episodes tbh ...

ya that's what confused me the fct that Doc was affected & she wasn't...

Probably thought we woould rather see tpol running around than the doc.. and also alot of voyager episodes revolevd around the doc being teh only one not to be affected.. so they thought "ow well lets try something new"

I joked last year in another thread that sometime they might do an episode similar to the 'The Naked Time' TOS and 'The Naked Now' TNG, called 'The Naked Then'. I think this was it! ;)

The 'Reed Alert' and 'Captain's Chair' parts were amusing, but I didn't think it lived up to "There's a lot of humour " as Berman said.

And American's do realise that we don't all say "Bloody"? If we are very, very angry, we say something much worse! ;)

OK I'll probably sound like an idiot but, it keeps coming up in different threads...what does TOS stand for?:(

OT: TOS

Sorry, honestly I hate unnecessary terminology too.

TOS = The Original Series.

If I said ST for 'Star Trek' that would be confusing. I don't know who invented TOS. After 'The Next Generation' fans had other names for it such as CT for 'Classic Trek'. But since the 'Star Trek' 'Chronology' and 'Encyclopedia' began using TOS, it has become sort of official.

Oh ...OK. Though I would have understood ST seeing I figured out what TNG stood for
