The Halliwells have their hands full with a man named Miles, who they have continuously saved over the past few weeks. Phoebe has struck up a friendship with him that is quickly developing into something more serious, but during an intimate moment, Phoebe receives a premonition of Miles dying at the hands of a warlock named Bacarra.

It is revealed that, six months from now, Cole has reverted to his evil ways. His love for Phoebe remains, however, and in that time Phoebe is killed after she attempted to save Miles from danger. It is Cole who has sent Bacarra back from the future in order to kill Miles and stop Phoebe from dying...

One of the Best Episodes

Charmed just keeps getting better and better and this latest episode points to just how good this series is. In one of the best episodes to date, this powerful episode brings us into the depths of destiny and love, the power of letting go and death. It's an amazing hour that packs a lot into sixty minutes dealing with time travel and having to trust those who have lost that trust. The twists and turns, the near disasters and the inevitability, every intimate relationship and love comes home in this one episode. It's great. It's too bad so many people out there are missing the whole series.

I liked this episode --

The guy who plays Miles, was on "Angel" - he was the guy who got Cordy pregnant in S1 (IIRC), and he was also on Mtv's "The State" - Ken Marino -- honestly, he's not that great an actor, but he seems to do well as a 'doomed boyfriend' --

I'd comment more, but I only saw it once, and I don't remember everything... just the time travelling and such ---

Tabuno, you said it all - and really well. I can't think of anything to add. Other than my agreement - it was by far the best episode of the series.

Piper acted really well after Pheobe and Paige get incinerated - she's good at anguish! :D
