A question

My mom is nagging me a little bit. She just recently found out that I'm on here and that there was a comics section to it. She wanted me to ask a question of yall good folks so here it goes.

Does anybody remember seeing in the old Action or Adventure comic books a contest for changing Supergirls costume. I don't know the year exactly but my mom said they had a contest for readers to send in their ideas for the costume and you might win and they would use your costume for her. My mom said she won it at one point. I'm not exactly up on my comic books so I don't know the specific details.

Don't remember the contest.
But her 'uniform' changed at frequent intervals in the early 70's.

Mainly the cape, but skirt disappeared and reappeared and the 'S' was stylised.

Would that be about right?

Ok, So I just talked to her and she said she didn't win it but that her's was published. I guess as a finalist or something. But she was trying to find one somewhere and she wants to know if anybody has seen it.

She's not the type to chat online. I get enough heat at home about it.

She only made the one copy of it and they didn't send it back.

She said she'll know it when she sees it. She can't remember what it looked like visually. I said she should know it when she sees it, it's got her name beside it.
