How many SG1 Fans are there?

I know this might sound a bit of a strange question, but does anyone know how many Stargate fans there are in the UK and Europe?

The reason for this was that a few friends came round for a couple of drinks, and we were playing co-op HALO, when we thought how cool it would be to have a Stargate game. Well anyway one of my friends works for a games compnay and said if we could find out likely numbers of potential sales, he could put the idea forward.

So, does anyone know how to get hold of the numbers of fans of the show, (and how many of them might be interested in a SGC game)?

Hiya Logan, welcome to Ascifi, I absolutely adore Stargate SG-1 and I live in the Uk
There are lots of us in the UK who like SG-1

I would definately play any Stargate game you bring out

I don't know how to get numbers of fans, on here maybe you could PM one of the Mod's to get them to do a poll on this thread (or do another thread but this time put a poll on it)for you then you would some idea of who would on this site would wanna play your game, I can't think of anything else

I don't live in the UK or Europe but You might could call up whatever station that airs it and ask for the ratings or statistics or something.

The thread "Stargate Strategy game" may be of interest to you - there are a bunch of people in there talking about modding and stuff (makes no sense to me, but I would definitely play!).

I doubt if you could expect the numbers that Voyager Elite Force got, but it probably comes down to how good the game actually is in the end.

hey, the idea about starting a poll is a good one, all i can really tellu though is that ive been here for about a week and a half, and there are a lot of Stargate fans in the UK:rolly2: :rolly2:
