create an alien

If you could create your own alien what would it look like and what featrues would it have?
I would make an Alien thats kinda like a big talking lizerd that can blend in with its sorroundings (kinda lika charmelion) but it can fly.
How about you?

One of the Star Trek NG books, with the primary caracter as Tasha Yar, showed her life from beginning to end.

There was one part when she was in the academy, and they were put into combat situations as teams. Each team had to defeat a group of "monsters" that had been added to by the many fleet cadet classes. By the time Tasha's team was up, it was like a Mangelor, with 6" nails and fangs, was hairy and smelly . . . I can't remember what they added after their combat situation.

The race is called the caelmacht they are a warrior race who are vastly superior in the art of hand to hand combat and warfare than any other race
natraully they are geneticly built to be tall and muscular
they are much stronger,tougher,fast,more agile and higher constitution than other races but lack the skills in technology to be too advanced-to asgard,gould or replicator standards

they are not only geneticly built as awsome fighters in their physical characteristics but also in their mental instincts-having martial arts encoded in their instincts makes them basicly trained and competent warriors at birth-their natraul ability gives them the skill,reflexes and ability of a martial artist who had been training for 2 years
they are encoded with many various martial arts and fighting styles-like staff weapons but they start further trainign at the age of 6 to further their abilities and make each individual caelmacht-male or female into a master warrior.Their instincts also make them highly agressive,fearless and somewhat insane-but foolhardy
they have slightly glowing cobolt blue eyes and have a pale complection
and wear blackend armour and fight with single handed broadswords to large two handed greatswords and also fight with axes,pole arms,shields,knives and any advanced technology theyre armies do possess are sponsered to them by other races who hire them out as mercaneries

I'd create a race that both the Wraith and humans fear--liek the nanobots, but ones that, like maggots, can also feed on and control dead flesh. They would also have to be sentient.

As for me, I'd make a race of intelligent animals that walk on 2 legs and go "yiff yiff" when excited. Oh wait, the Furlings have been done already. If that fails, I'd make a race of flying sharks with laser eyes and razor-sharp talons.

Okay really? Hmm, perhaps a race capable of animating the bodies of those they slay as servants. Yeah I know, kinda lame, so I'll be honest, I pretty much suck at coming up with creatures/races/etc.

My alien race would be the size of a normal man,it is a race that live in large clans from 6-16.They are a warrior race that use wrist blades as their primary weapons and spears as their secondaries.They are also like lizards but stand on two legs,they do not grow hair just plain scales.

They wear black predator like armor (from alien versus predator) but do not have masks/helmets.They have sharp teeth and are omnivores.
