Hi FOX_UK, nothing much apparently,
The Paul Darrow and Andrew Mark Sewell website
http://www.blakes7.com/ did have the words "Blakes 7 returning February 2003" a few months ago.... Well, it's March 2003 now and it still says "Blakes Seven relaunching Spring 2003"! Then it says "Disconnecting from Federation Network," and that's all you get.
I've never received a single Newsletter I signed up for either.

http://www.blakes-7.co.uk/ fan-based website, when asked about the Blake's 7 TV movie in February 2003 at Star One, Paul Darrow said to expect a press announcement next month and on the web site. This is also exactly the same answer he gave in November 2002.
And BouncingAyatola posted here that Andrew Mark Sewell said "Stand by for some important news on the planned future of BLAKE'S 7 over the coming weeks." That was way back in September 2002.

Unfortunately, I think only Paul Darrow himself is going to be in the proposed film, there is no news on the script itself, but the speculation is that it will be a 'Next Generation' idea, which might spin off into a new series. If I ever get a newsletter and they let me post the contents, I'll tell you.
