From Trek Today
'Cease Fire' will reportedly see the Andorians request a meeting with Captain Archer at one of their colonies. However, when the shuttlepod containing Archer, T'Pol and Vulcan Ambassador Soval appears to have been shot down by the blue-skinned aliens and all communications are blocked, Trip must work with a Vulcan commander to rescue his shipmates.

More Andorians, great. Just as long as they don't overuse them.

Trek Today
"A military conflict erupts between the Vulcans and Andorians over a small terraformed planet that both sides make claim to. In the midst of the skirmish, the Vulcans announce they wish to discuss terms for a cease-fire, but Imperial Guard officer Shran believes the only one he can trust to mediate such a negotiation is Jonathan Archer, so the captain and his ship are called into the fray."

More early UFP development here?? Sounds very like it.

SciFi Wire -- Combs Returns To Enterprise

Longtime Star Trek guest star Jeffrey Combs told the TrekWeb fan site that his Andorian character, Shran, gets more to do in an upcoming episode of UPN's Enterprise. Combs will reprise the blue-skinned alien in the February installment "Cease Fire."

"It's my fourth time back there, [and] they seem to have elevated my character," Combs told the site. "In the first one I was kind of a renegade leader of a not-so-merry band of rebels. And now it seems like I'm leading a bigger band of not-so-merry rebels. I'm more of a strategist looking over maps and negotiating across the table. It's almost like they've put epaulets on me or something. I'm sort of the commander in the field, as opposed to off on a raid somewhere. That's good; it gives me a little more stature."

In "Cease Fire," the Andorians and Vulcans battle it out over galactic rights to an entire planet, the site reported. "I don't know how much of the plot I'm allowed to give away, but it's sort of interesting," Combs said. "There's a planet that is in contention between the Vulcans and Andorians. The Andorians found it, we made it livable, and then the Vulcans claimed it and took it from us, because they claimed we were using it as a spy platform on the outskirts of their territory." Enterprise airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Rumoured to feature cool new Andorian ships.

This was a good episode, pretty much what Dave posted.
There was a couple good lines that I thought were funny. In the scene where Archer, T'Pol and Soval crash land on the planet, Archer tells T'Pol and Soval to stay down because his ears will not likly draw fire. Soval asks T'Pol what's the fasination with Vulcan ears and she says that humans are just jealous :p And at the end Soval sorta thanks Archer, 'You weren't as meddleson this time'
:blpaw:

Just seen it.. i love Enterprise, much better than any other Star Trek, except for the original series..

Good episode.. Vulcans have to ask for help.. weird blue chicks.. all you need in Star Trek really..

Is it okay to think the Andorian chick was hot?! Or am i just really, really twisted..

I just saw it too. 'Gets the thumbs up from me. I like these Andorian episodes. This is a story that can only be done in Star Trek. No one else has Vulcans and Andorians. Lets bring on more. When can we see Andoria?

That was Suzie Plakson -- Worf's former romantic interest and the mother of Alexander -- she has been other alien species too, I can't remember them all.

I liked some of Soval's lines -- "You have a human accent" to T'Pol and his final comment to Archer about him being less meddlesome.
