Jonas' Home Planet Cider

I've seen Jonas' home world spelled several different ways, but mostly as "Kelowna"

-- which by strange coincidence is the place in British Columbia where the Growers Cider Company makes a very fine McIntosh cider (for those in the U.S. not familiar with the concept this is NOT apple juice )

Odd, isn't it? All the universe looks like B.C. and now we find out that an alien world could be drinking Canadian cider . . . :evil:

I had always wondered about the spelling of "Kelowna", and always taken an aural double take when it is mentioned in the show (as I do know about the BC town by the same name). I always thought it would be more fitting to have called Jonas' home planet "Kamloops", another BC town that is also the home of one Michael Shanks

well, steveston is about 5 miles away from Vancouver.


I think they have fun using names from the area
