Heliopolis shutting down

We are shutting down on Feb. 9th!
Due to a lot of things going on in real life and a general disinterest of mine in Stargate fanfiction, I will shut down Heliopolis and Heliopolis 2 (the adult archive).
From now on we will not take any more submissions and on February 9th everything will be deleted and the domains will be cancelled.

Webmasters of other Stargate (or multimedia) fanfiction archives, please send me your URL's and a short description of what kind of fanfiction you take/have, and we'll list them here, so that authors and readers can continue to enjoy their regular fanfic fix.

here's at least a temporary solution

Feel free to forward this post to other lists or groups as you see fit.

In a joint effort by Jackfic.com and Abydos Gate (the Hungarian Stargate site), all of the content of Heliopolis is currently being mirrored on the Hungarian site servers.

The team is working right now to make sure the databases survive intact and that the site will function properly.

All of that fic will not be lost and we will provide you with more information when we know exactly how this will all work out.

Just be patient.

As soon as it's set up properly and everything is working, we will let you know how to start submitting fics again.
