Okay it's been bugging me for days, what ep did Jack call Danny SpaceMonkey? And has he only called him it the one time or a number of times? See i used to know this stuff, and now i don't! Arrgh! Help me please lol

Was it in the first episode of Season two - the conclusion of the cliffhanger - everyone thought Daniel was dead on the Mothership, when he had actually dialed out from the Stargate on board?
I think Jack said it to him when he got back to the SGC...
