Adele and Brian put on a *very* nice con indeed. It may have been a bit of a trek [17 hours in a plane one way for me], but I found it completely worthwhile and I plan on doing it again when I can.

I think it's GREAT that Adele and Brian are starting the cons in Canberra. It will make it easier for me to get there

And Canberra really is a beautiful place (if you remove the politicians)

I *wish* '10 minutes by car'. Gatecon is still a three hour drive and it's the closest.

Maybe I should just box myself up and ship myself to you just before the con down there.
