Quick Poll - Will Firely fly again?

Just wondering what the general consensus is... Do you think that ten years from now we will look back at Firefly as a short and sweet 15 hours of television which ended before its time - Or will we get some more Firefly, whether in tv, movie, or comic form?


Ya don't have to give me all the economic factors, just wondering what the feeling is, and bear in mind that just a few weeks ago Joss was quoted (by cast member Adam Baldwin on the Firefly official board, and also in a recent US newspaper) as saying that he was still keen on telling Firefly stories whatever way he could.


I think there'll be more, but maybe only a little, and definitely not enough. I think that post-Buffy (which ends for good in May) Joss may have more options open, which may iclude a renewed interest in Serenity and her crew. Especially if the DVDs do well, and UK interest is hhigh on Scifi.

I have hope that Firefly with return! But as you said it may not be much. I think Joss really liked this creation and I think he'll continue to search for some way to get the show back on the air.

As somewhat of a Cowboy beebop fan I found firefly the closest thing to mimic that kind of attitude and quality. If it doesn´t continue at least have the knowlege that it has an extremly loyal cult following. And hey maybe they will reconcider in a couple of years. I mean Battlestar Glactica was a one season show and the powers that be are bringin that back based on popular demand.

I've Seen 1 Firely episode so im wasnt to sure wether to post around yet cause it mite ruin some of the stuff for me...
and so far is say...
If JOS gives this up he's Crazy!!!

I mean its agreat combination especially the story to make it happen
i've heard that the wether a movie is created depends upon the success of the DVD sales...
then the seires 2 will all be on the Movie... so Come on lets get buying those DVDs
