MS talks to SCI-FI.com

He didn't seem to answer the first question about what would happen to Jonas.......

Hmmmm...........very interesting that.

Pfft..........gotta go, real life and more important things waiting!

:p

;)

ROTFLMAO..........U spamming mate?

Richard D Anderson is our hallowed hero Colonel Jack O'Neill - the Jack part of the Sam and Jack duo.

You gotta be joking........obviously you can't watch the show very much.

Gosh darn it, I was going to do something important wasn't I?

Hmm.........oh yeah, I remember!

Well, do a bit more spamming and you'll get another alien to keep Freddy company.........and strangely enough neither do I read the credits, but stick around this fandom long enough, you'll not only know who the main participants are but what the tea lady's dog ate for breakfast three seasons ago!

Good luck!

:D

I don't think he had actually entered the chat room at the time the question was asked 'cause i was there and i was wondering about it to.

In which case, I wonder whether the chat mod thought it was too contentious a question and deliberately didn't repeat it to MS when he logged in?

After all, people are so twitchy about this stuff now. It's one of the reasons that I walked away from fandom really. I got so sick of the stupid disagreements over why MS left, and the battle to get him reinstated and whether the fans were instrumental blah blah blah......... I just kept thinking 'why the heck can't they just watch the show as a piece of entertainment?' In fact Michael's replies to many of the 'fluff' questions posed was so flippant and offhand I wonder whether he just thinks all the fuss was boring and unnecessary. Whatever he thought, he has a regular job back at least for a season, and maybe a movie, so he'll be laughing all the way to the bank for the next year or two at least.

I think the mods just didn't bother to ask the question again.

I heard the mods didn't know anything about Stargate at all, even asking people before the chat if the show was any good.

That might explain some of the most boring questions ever being asked. And the resulting short answers.

So I guess they weren't delibertly avoiding to ask the Jonas question twice. Otherwise they wouldn't have put that one through in the first place...

I didn't go, really didn't care. I know folks that did attend called it 'boring' among other things.

to each his own, i'm certain that others found it totally fascinating and i know some were really looking forward to it.

Some of his replies were interesting and if they seemed vague, rumor has it (at least chat mod after the chat ended) that it was done over the phone during a hockey game and in the presence of his daughter so i'm sure there were other things vying for his attention.

Yeah, apparently he watched the Canucks game with 'a toddler' on his lap. His daughter must be about or close to 5 now, so I'm not sure if another child was meant.

Anyway, I was looking forward to his chat, but I was disappointed in some of the questions and along with some short answers it didn't knock me off my seat.

A few comments had me cracking up (cloven hooves and a battle axe? I guess this question has been asked one too many times :D ), others had me channelling Urgo...'boooo-ring'.

There are worse ways to spend an hour, so maybe I shouldn't complain. :p

I just wished *I* could've selected the questions...*evil grin* ;) :p
