I've only seen season 1, it's airing now for the 6th or 7th time, and we haven't seen season 2 yet, still I've downloaded a few episodes here and there of the seasons, but I've never seen or heard of Sha're during those eps, what will happen to her? Does she die? Does she get rid of the 'snake'? or what?

The Sha're matter is "resolved" during S3.

If you are in a shopping mood -- SG1 seasons 1 & 2 are available on DVD in Region 1; season 3 will be coming out in June.

To my knowledge DVDs of seasons 4-5 are also available, but only in Region 2.

Well, I don't have any DVD-player so it will be hard to look at it

My patience is pretty high, ottherwise there is the Internet

Although patience is a great virtue (esp. where SG1 is concerned) I may be able to help get copies faster and better than squinty vision.
