Is this the right gate sequnce ?

I've got my gate going around, but i'm not sure if it's the correct order!
Is there a pattern to the sequence, I have my finishing with the top symble

Just to fill you in about it, incase you wonder why the gate is outside, it's for episode 4 of " Call it a Stargate " it's called OPENDAY and the public are allowed to look around the SGC and they are allowed to mess around with the PC dialer ( all the codes should be locked and safe

Any help on the sequence would be grate.

AFAIK the sequence round the gate is the same order as the dialling computer keyboard sequence (left to right, top to bottom) in "Children of the Gods".

if only I knew that before.

Can I ask what order the gate lights up
there are 9 lights ( chevrons )
does it start eg: bottom left, then goes to bottom right.

or is it, left to right, finishing on the 7th symble to the right?

I'm proberly being stupid and miss-understood your post

No idea what order the chevrons actually lock.

The picture above is shows where the glyphs appear on the dialling-comp keyboard, relative to each other and the fixed keys (i.e. numbers). The space on the bottom row is where the space-bar fits...
