:dead: Who really likes this show? Is it good enough to have a cult following because I just watched a complete episode and I thought is was nothing less than crappy. I say this out of bitterness and personal truth. OUt of bitterness because Fox cancelled Firefly after one season, a halfway decent scifi show, and this **** has 3 seasons already. The effects are horrible and the dialoge is so cheesy and cliche just like the plot line. Oh we must stop this organization because their secret and they have hidden bad agendas. Meanwhile we hang out our clad supermodel selves out in skin tight outfits and go save gorgious upper middle class white people. I mean honestly hasn{t that plot line been used like on every single network. At least on scifi channel (makeing reference to Invisible man) they used better dialoge. This is why good television goes to the wasteland because people get so much of this they don{t bother checking out good shows.

boaste, I will be the first to admit that Mutant X in no way measures up to the grandeur of Firefly. However, it's still a pretty good show. The characters are well rounded and interesting, with enough depth to keep me watching. The dialogue could use some help, but the actors pull it off well. The plot line changes on occasion, so to keep you wondering. I watch MX because it's fun and a nice change of pace, not because I want top notch Sci Fi ala Star Wars.

thank you lonewolf, i agree! i watched firefly and thought the same things boaste said about mutant x, both are campy to me! but mutant x is just plain fun to watch.

Really!! maybe I rushed to judgement a little to soon. I am currently down in Mexico and there are no english speaking stations to watch. However there are subbed shows and Mutant X was one of them. If I had an hour to kill and there was nothing else on besides spanish shows I would watch the show again.

boaste, you really should give it another chance. its not meant to be intellecutal just fun and a little drool factor for the men and women who watch.

you probably can't get into it because of the spanish and it could loose some of the translation but once you see it in english you will change your mind.

Well, I can't say that I'm surprised. Stargate has been around for a while now and has a much larger fan base. At least Mutant X gave Colonel O'Neill and Daniel Jackson a run for their money.

I swear sometimes it is so hard to picture Anderson without the Mullet and swiss army knife. Though I think he does look better without the mullet and with grey hair. He has that sort of grey fox look about him.
