Wolf SG7 tickets are up!

Is it just me or does £77.50 sound alot of money to part with when you don't know who the guests are or where it's going to be except London? :eek4:

Think I'll be holding onto my credit card a little longer til I know for sure its going to be £77.50 well spent!

SG6 they basically sold out within a few days, except for a few tickets they held back to give people without imediate cash a second chance. I think those tickets then sold pretty much instantly. And that was without announcing guests.

Fact is, if you wait for guests to be announced you will have a greatly reduced chance of a ticket...

Heck, the Stargate actors are a great gang. I'm sure the con will be good whoever is coming.

Im not sure what to do as its quite near SG6....I hate it when that happens...I might go!

Im just really glad that Wolf are still doing the cons! :D

Hmmm, I think I'll take my chance and wait for the guests, what with the "Corin's coming, now he's not" I'm a little wary. Its not just the ticket, its the whole cost of getting there and staying over for 3 nights (its mandatory to get the full effect :D ).

Roll on August 1st!:rolly2:

Well, the whole Corin thing is a good ilustration of why you shouldn't book a con just because there's one guest going that you want to see! I'm getting to the stage now where I go to a con as much to see my mates and have a laugh as for a particular guest.

Have you been to any cons before?

By the way, over 300 tickets sold. I think the venue holds 600 or 800, so that's quite a few for just over a day...

And I don't know this, but I suspect that the con will be linked with the tour they are doing, so Chris and Micheal as guests. Don't quote me on that! I'm sort of hoping for Amanda, Jr and Peter too.

)I agree I like to meet up with people at cons, it just seems like an expensive way of doing it. I'm afraid if I'm going to pay that much dosh I want to get my money's worth.

I have been to the Voyager Con in 2001 (which was fantastic) and SG3 and 5. Both SG cons I was slightly disappointed with guests (Sorry! ). And I couldn't afford to go to SG4, which if I had know about that before I'd paid up for SG3, I would have gone to that instead. Maybe I just expect too much

(there's nothing like a good arguement :D)
