Stargate the ride

Don't know if there is already a thread with similar content, so if there is I appologise.

But oh my gosh! I was walking along the seafront in the evening a couple of days ago and there was a fair on. Yippee, I love rides. So there was the waltsers and the dodgems and the usual stuff and then there was this massive ride which took about 30 people.
It was round and the peeps were strapped to the sides and it spun and twisted and hung everyone upside down and was highly cool in all respects.
And then I saw it was called Stargate! I thought they'd just made up a cool name for the ride but there were the chevrons and the Goa'uld and the death gliders!

It was so amazing!

Wow, sounds really cool!

I'm thinking about popping by the new amusement park opening in germany this fall.

Apparently they have a huge Stargate 'section' with Gate Simulations and the like.

Fortunately it's not very far away from where I live.
