Okay... here goes ...
I'll give this a shot:
>> Are the sutographs in ticket number order like at wolf cons? <<
Yes. If things haven't changed all that much from last year, you can bring two items: one that's an official item - like an MGM photo [Gatecon has them on site for sale] and a personal thing, like a poster.
>> How do the photograph sessions work? at the ones i've been to we have to buy tickets for them. <<
Pretty much the same way, you purchase at the door for each photo. The photos are taken with a digital system and they come out looking great!
>> What goes on over the weekend in general? <<
The rough schedule usually is:
Wens: City Tour [for those who signed up] of shooting locations and sometimes we'll open registration for a few hours in the afternoon.
Thurs: Registration morning and afternoon. Cocktail party that evening.
Friday: Panels, autograph sessions and/or photo sessions in the am and afternoon. Not sure, but we've done a banquet on riday eves in the past.
Sat: Panels, autograph sessions and/or photo sessions in the am and afternoon. This evening is when we usually when we do the charity auction.
Sun: Panels, autograph sessions and/or photo sessions in the am and afternoon. Things wrap up around 6PM and the Volunteer's 'Dead Dog Party' is this evening.
Monday: Usually a repeat of the 'City Tour' is offered.
>> also, where do babies come from? <<
You might want to check with your Mom on this one.
