2 hr Stargate Special tonight!

Well channel 7 at least did somthing right for a change since we never got stargate last week due to love or money they have decided to put on a 2 hour special (for at least us sydney siders) so i dunno about the rest of you people but i got this from http://tvguide.ninemsn.com.au

SG-1 is earthbound as they track down new aliens that have come to earth. When a prominent politician is assassinated, O'Neill becomes the lead suspect with indisputable evidence against him. It's up to his friends at the SGC to clear his name and find the real killer.

Thought we were going to get screwed when the guy after the first ep said 'next, dark angel' I was like NOOOOOO!!!! But then, lucky for channel 7 they had the second ep :rolly2:

stargate on at 10.40pm next week up here.....soon it will be on in the wee hours of the morning....they seem to put it on later and later but at least it means we wont have anything cut out.

The same is happening here in Vegas next week - due to the September 11 special Ch7 is running , Sg-1 will be on late next Thursday .

perhaps we should be pray the big staff shake up at ch seven will include a change of programmers to staff who are sf friendly ???

i remember when channel 7 used to put it on at 8:30pm back in the good old days which i used to think was great because it was the perfect time slot for me, but they are like channel 9 now with start trek who air the enterprise and ds9 series at like 10:30pm -11pm somtimes even midnight

actually 9:30 is a great time for me - I finish work at around 9:15 so I get home just before Stargate starts - its perfect!

Another double episode is supposedly sceduled for Thursday at the same time, according to TV Guide and the Channel 7 website.

yeah i saw that second double episode but only found out on the day it was happening so i didn't get a chance to post it here but they where 2 good episodes
