I'd have to go with the Nox. The Tollan's superiority complex and the Tok'ra deathwish make them hard to like in every instance and individual. Even the Asgard have proven to be difficult when it comes to matters of saving a planet.

On the otherhand, "Lya likes everybody."

When the Nox were first introduced they appeared to be a highly respectable race because of their ultimate pacifism. This gave their condescending attitude towards the Tau'ri a justification which many other advanced races lacked. Although Lya's act of complete hypocrisy in a later series reduced the moral high ground the Nox can claim.
At first the Asgard appeared to be a premise for a lame deus ex machina plot development to the conflict with the Goa'uld. This was partially reaffirmed by the Protected Planets Treaty with the Asgard playing the role as guardian angels to Earth. However, eventually Asgard characters without Thor's kindness and concern for humanity were introduced and their advantage over the Goa'uld was dissipated.
Why does everyone always omit the Re'tu when they make a poll like this?

Well it wasn't total hypocrisy, that's what she said, it was a fine line. Besides, you can't judge a whole race on the actions of one person.
