Lex locates Morgan Edge and gets him to admit to dirty dealings with Lionel, but before Lex can take it to the authorities, someone tries to kill him at the mansion.

Barely surviving, Lex flees and asks Clark for help. However, when Clark returns to the mansion to investigate he finds nothing amiss, and begins to wonder if it really happened, especially after Lionel announces Lex has had a psychotic break and must be institutionalized.

This one was awesome!!

Michael Rosenbaum was great in this one!

Chole now has a chance to get back with Clark since Lana has taken the advice Clark gave her some time back, its too dangerous to be around him. I was so heartbroken to see Clark take the news.

How is Lex going to get out of this one? His own father had him put in an institution. How low can you go!!! It was interesting how the death of Lex's brother was put on him, is this another lie by Lionel?

This was a great episode. Normally I'm not a big fan of conspiracytheories, but this one was nicely done. Until the security guy admitted the truth, I really couldn't decide whether Lex was delusional or not.

Michael Rosenbaum really showed his acting ability in this one, he should get the spotlight more often. And at the end, when he was just staring into the mirror, the look on his face was heart-breaking.

Question - who is the brother they keep talking about? It's been so long since I watched seasons 1 and 2.

yes he did! This one will go down as one of my favorites!

the brother they are talking about is Lucas. Try to catch "Prodigal" from season 2.

"Lex recovers his long-lost brother Lucas and uses him in a ploy to buy out his father's share of the company. But it soon becomes clear that Lucas isn't to be trusted, and Lex soon finds himself ousted from his own company."

Oh, that brother! :p

But he didn't die, did he? The way they were talking, it seemed like the brother died when he was a baby, and Lex was somehow to blame?
