If you pay attention, many of the clips for each character have never been seen on the show. They looked like scenes that were cut from final episodes that they included in the "flashes".
Very sneaky of Rube to give George a review in a non-conventional way.

This episode was so funny specially all the thing about the reapers evaluation and all the cheating thing. It was hilarious.

I enjoyed this episode, this is a good example of how to do a clips show. As Tabitha has noted, some of the "clips" were in fact previously unseen, which was a cool touch.

I was a little concerned by all of Rube's attentions in making sure the three of them didn't cheat, and then leaving them alone to finish the assessment. But as he said, he's not going to read them, so why should he care??

If George's evaluation was the experience at her house, how could that have been prearranged by Rube, unless he spiked her food to keep her awake and banked on her coming to Der Wafflehaus?? That seems like a long-shot to me, more likely he wasn't going to tell her anything about the milkman dying outside her house (didn't know that there was milk delivery in the US, thought that was an exclusively British thing, ho-hum).
