Matrix Revolutions Coverage
Thanks to Warner Bros, Sci-Fi Talk has obtained the interviews on this long awaited film. Producer Joel Silver and the cast give their thoughts on wrapping up this monumental trilogy. .
Don Davis - Composer, Matrix Trilogy
I had the pleasure of speaking to Don Davis on composing the music for the Matrix trilogy in addition to scoring Enter The Matrix video game.
"Matrix Revolutions comes to a definite conclusion. Revolutions is an epic film. I would be derelict in my duty if the music did not reflect that. I'm really proud of the choral arraignments in the film.If you watch what the Wachowski's are doing. they're working with texture. They use the rain in the final battle between Smith and Neo as an overriding texture which adds so much fiber. When you see the whole fight and there's one section when they are in a building and they are silhouetted against the building, It's beautiful." Airs in two parts rotated daily.
Randall Duk Kim, The Matrix Keymaker
I spoke to the Keymaker himself on his role in Matrix Reloaded and its appearance on DVD.
"I'm such a big fan of the first Matrix, that I said absolutely.I flew to LA and auditioned for the brothers. The next day I got a call that they were very interested, and a few days later I got the job. I was flying around this apartment. The minute I stepped on the Keymaker set, I was in love with that set. I was hoping that they would expand the scene a little bit so the audience could get a good look at it. It was everybody's favorite set." Check schedule for airings.
Actor Andrew Jackson Talks Andromeda And The Collector
Andrew returns to Sci-Fi Talk do discuss his roles on Andromeda and an engaging new series called The Collector
Andrew told me that it "It was kind of like doing a big romp. It felt like someone said doing restoration comedy. There's a lot of clips that did not end up in the final cut because they had gone way over. It was a very complicated episode. The new episode, The Torment has flashback sequences so it's conceivable that those scenes might be applied when
Kevin Sorbo"s character is in court."
Mutant X Actress Karen Cliche
This Canadian actress talks about joining the Mutant X team this season as Lexa Pierce.
"Lexa comes into this with such a wall around her with all this stuff that she does not want to give in. She is there for a purpose which you will find out about in the weeks to come. She comes in and there is all this resistance. Everyone is asking, "What's your problem ?" She has a real purpose for being there. What they are doing with Jessie (Forbes March) and Lexa is that Jessie is the only one who tries to get her to open up. She kind of trusts him but not right away. They're building a good friendship between them." Airs in two parts. Check schedule.
