I'm sure they do. But we never see little baby Shadows or Vorlons running around.

Somehow it's easier for me to 'see' the Shadows has being gendered than the Vorlons. Not sure why.

But I have to admit, the idea of a bunch of little 'Shadows' running around is fairly creepy.

Little Shadows are creepy because (obviously) they're all little spiders, and vicious little --------s as well, probably.

It's probably easier to imagine baby shadows because Shadows (at least as far as I can tell) are solid beings, whereas the Vorlons don't appear to be made of reality at all

The Shadow and Vorlons are both non-caporeal life forms (gas lifeforms). Remember where ever Morden went he was never alone. There were always shadows with him, even though you could not see them. They were also able to attack and kill Kosh so they had to be of the same substance.
