least one episode in the first season of Stargate: Atlantis for MGM
and the SCI-FI Channel. He has been directing film and television for
over twenty years and this production marks his 17th episodic series.
Winning is also a veteran of Nine feature films, four seasons of Gene
Roddenberry's Andromeda starring Kevin Sorbo and multiple episodes of
it's sister series Earth: Final Conflict. He was the 2002 recipient
of the Director's Guild of Canada's National Award for Excellence in
Television Drama. Winning recently spent four months in Hungary
shooting the ABC family series Dinotopia; which was released on DVD
last month. His Atlantis episode begins filming in late April in
Vancouver."
